Credonelio B.V. (hereinafter 'Credonelio', 'we' or 'us') attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this privacy policy we explain which data we collect, why we collect it and how we handle it. We act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Credonelio B.V., located at Keizersgracht 482, 1017 EG Amsterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 89324176.
2. Which data we collect
We collect your first name and email address when you sign up for our newsletter. In addition, we process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and visited pages, insofar as you have given consent through the cookie banner.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively to send you our weekly Eco newsletter, to improve the website and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Retention period
We retain your data as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. After unsubscribing, your data is deleted within six months, unless we are legally obliged to retain it longer.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data. You also have the right to object to processing. Send your request to privacy@credonelio.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access, including encryption of traffic via HTTPS and periodic security audits.
7. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page. Significant changes are announced via the newsletter.
