These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website credonelio.com and to all services that Credonelio B.V. offers through this website, including the weekly Eco newsletter.

Credonelio: Credonelio B.V., located in Amsterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 89324176. User: any natural person who visits the website or signs up for the newsletter.
2. Applicability
By using the website, the user accepts these terms and conditions. If the user does not agree to these terms, they must stop using the website.
3. Content and liability
The editorial team of Credonelio publishes background articles with great care, but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current or error free. No rights can be derived from the content. Credonelio is not liable for damage arising from the use of the information.
4. Intellectual property
All texts, images and the design of the website are the property of Credonelio B.V. or its licensors. It is not allowed to copy, distribute or publish material without prior written permission.
5. Newsletter
Signing up for the newsletter is free and can be cancelled at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every edition. Credonelio sends the newsletter exclusively to users who have given explicit consent.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
